Transcripts are official academic records of students' work at Georgia College & State University. They are issued by the Registrar's Office with a student's written request.
As a service to our students, former students, and alumni, there is no charge for printed transcripts.
GCSU has authorized Parchment Exchange to act as its agent for all current student, former student, and alumni electronic transcript requests. Electronic transcripts cost $2.90 per transcript, plus any applicable sales tax for your state.

Other Transcript Information
- While transfer work may be included on a student's transcript, GCSU does not release copies of transcripts from other institutions. Those transcripts must be requested directly and are subject to the rules and regulations of that institution.
- GCSU does not release partial transcripts. If a student has an undergraduate record and a graduate record, those exist as one document and are not released seperately.
- As explained on the transcript key that accompanies official transcripts, the information listed is on a transcript is academic in nature. For example, disciplinary actions related to student conduct are not listed on the transcript.
